DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK
----------------------
At 1000 PM CDT (0300 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone Beryl
was located near latitude 39.6 North, longitude 86.5 West. The
post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the northeast near 20 mph (31
km/h) and little change is expected through Wednesday.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts.
Little change in strength is forecast during the next 48 hours. 
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).

TORNADOES:  A couple of tornadoes remain possible across parts of
the Ohio Valley this evening and overnight.
 
RAINFALL: Heavy rainfall of 2 to 4 inches, with locally higher
amounts, is expected across portions of the Mid Mississippi Valley
into the Great Lakes into Wednesday and from northern New York into
northern New England Wednesday and Wednesday night.
