Heavy rainfall will result in scattered flash flooding through tonight from portions of the Lower Missouri and Mid Mississippi Valleys into the Great Lakes. The rainfall and flash flood risk will move into portions of northern New York and northern New England on Wednesday. 2. Several tornadoes are possible through tonight across the lower Ohio Valley, including parts of Kentucky, northern Tennessee, southern Illinois, southern Indiana, and Ohio. 3. Use caution after Beryl passes. Deadly hazards remain including downed power lines and flooded areas. Ensure generators are properly ventilated to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning.
