DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK
----------------------
At 200 PM PDT (2100 UTC), the center of Tropical Storm Fausto was
located near latitude 21.5 North, longitude 121.0 West. Fausto is
moving toward the northwest near 20 mph (31 km/h), and this motion 
is expected continue through tonight. A turn to the west, with a 
decrease in forward speed is forecast to occur later on Monday. 
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher gusts.
Weakening is forecast to begin tonight, and Fausto is expected to 
weaken to a tropical depression by Monday morning, and degenerate 
into a remnant low Monday night 
 
Tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 45 miles (75 km)
from the center.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
