DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK
----------------------
At 800 AM PDT (1500 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Ten-E
was located near latitude 13.7 North, longitude 129.8 West.  The
depression is moving toward the west near 9 mph (15 km/h), and this
general heading with a decrease in forward speed is expected 
through the weekend.
 
Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Some slight strengthening is possible during the next couple of 
days, and the depression could become a tropical storm as soon as 
today.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1004 mb (29.65 inches).
