Satellite imagery and data from coastal stations in Mexico indicate that the center of Narda is northwest of the previous advisory position and it is now located close to the coast of Mexico near Zihuatanejo. The Mexican Navy station at Puerto Vicente recently reported sustained winds of 38 mph (62 km/h) and a wind gust of 52 mph (84 km/h).
