DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK ------------------------------ At 900 PM MDT (0300 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Four-E was estimated near latitude 12.4 North, longitude 109.9 West. The depression is moving toward the west-northwest near 8 mph (13 km/h). A turn toward the west is expected on Thursday, and this motion should continue for the next 2 days. Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts. The depression is forecast to become a tropical storm on Thursday.
