DISCUSSION AND 48-HOUR OUTLOOK

At 200 AM PDT (0900 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone
Eleven-E was located near latitude 24.9 North, longitude 125.6 West.
The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the northwest near 16 mph
(26 km/h).  A slower motion toward the northwest or west-northwest
is expected during the next couple of days.

Maximum sustained winds are near 30 mph (45 km/h) with higher gusts.
The low is expected to gradually weaken over the next couple of
days.

The estimated minimum central pressure is 1005 mb (29.68 inches).
