was located near latitude 21.2 North, longitude 117.4 West. The
depression is moving toward the northwest near 12 mph (19 km/h).
This motion is expected to continue today, with a turn toward the
west-northwest expected tonight.

Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.
Weakening is forecast, and Felicia is expected to become a remnant
low by tonight.
