15 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24
HOUR OR SO.
 
SATELLITE WIND DATA INDICATES THAT MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE
DECREASED TO NEAR 30 MPH...50 KM/H...WITH HIGHER GUSTS.  GABRIELLE
