15 KM/H...AND THIS MOTION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT 24
HOUR OR SO.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS HAVE DECREASED TO NEAR 35 MPH...55 KM/H...
