WEST-NORTHWESTWARD MOTION AT AN EVEN SLOWER FORWARD SPEED IS
EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS...AND ROSA COULD BECOME
NEARLY STATIONARY BY THURSDAY NIGHT.
