THE POST-TROPICAL CYCLONE IS MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTH-SOUTHEAST NEAR
13 MPH...20 KH/H.  A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED AND A TURN TOWARD
THE EAST ARE EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT 48 HOURS.
 
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 60 MPH...95 KM/H...WITH HIGHER
