THERE ARE NO CHANGES TO THE TRACK FORECAST FROM THE PREVIOUS REGULAR ADVISORY. THE INITIAL INTENSITY IS SET TO 85 KT BASED ON FLIGHT-LEVEL AND SFMR WIND DATA FROM AN AIR FORCE RESERVE HURRICANE HUNTER AIRCRAFT THAT JUST PENETRATED THE CENTER.
