PRESENT MOVEMENT TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST OR 285 DEGREES AT  22 KT
 
MAX SUSTAINED WINDS 25 TO 35 KT WITH GUSTS TO  45 KT OVER THE
CENTRAL CARIBBEAN SEA.
