...DEPRESSION STRENGTHENS TO A TROPICAL STORM...
 
Observations from a NOAA Hurricane Hunter aircraft indicate that 
Tropical Depression Ten has strengthened into Tropical Storm Idalia.
The maximum winds are estimated to be 40 mph (65 km/h) with higher
gusts.
