DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK
----------------------
At 300 AM MDT (0900 UTC), the center of Tropical Depression Ten-E
was located near latitude 18.0 North, longitude 113.5 West. The
depression is moving slowly toward the west near 2 mph (4 km/h) and 
this motion with a gradual increase in forward speed is expected 
during the next few days.
 
Maximum sustained winds have decreased to near 30 mph (45 km/h) 
with higher gusts. Gradual weakening is forecast, and the
depression is expected to degenerate into a remnant low later today.
 
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1007 mb (29.74 inches).
