 DISCUSSION AND OUTLOOK<br />
 ----------------------<br />
 At 1100 AM HST (2100 UTC), the center of Post-Tropical Cyclone<br />
 Lowell was located near latitude 21.6 North, longitude 130.5 West.<br />
 The post-tropical cyclone is moving toward the west near 13 mph (20<br />
 km/h).  A general westward motion with a slight increase in forward <br />
 speed is anticipated into early next week.<br />
  <br />
 Maximum sustained winds are near 35 mph (55 km/h) with higher gusts.<br />
 Continued weakening is expected during the next few days.<br />
  <br />
 The estimated minimum central pressure is 1006 mb (29.71 inches).<br />
