For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of America:

Central Subtropical Atlantic:
A trough of low pressure located about 900 miles east-southeast of 
Bermuda continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms. 
Environmental conditions over the system are forecast to become more 
conducive for development by the middle of this week.  A tropical 
depression could form late this week as the system moves slowly 
west-northwestward over the subtropical Atlantic.
