I.  ATLANTIC REQUIREMENTS
    1. NEGATIVE RECONNAISSANCE REQUIREMENTS.
    2. OUTLOOK FOR SUCCEEDING DAY.....NEGATIVE.
    3. REMARK: THE NASA 426 P-3 AND NASA 809 ER-2 AIRCRAFT WILL BE
       CONDUCTING 7-HOUR RESEARCH MISSIONS INTO PRECIPITATION 
       ASSOCIATED WITH A WEAK WINTER STORM OVER NORTHERN NEW 
       YORK STATE AND EASTERN CANADA TOMORROW. THE ER-2 WILL BE
       DEPARTING FROM KMGE AT 29/1300Z AND THE P-3 WILL BE DEPARTING
       FROM KWAL AT APPROXIMATELY 29/1330Z. OPERATING ALTITUDES
       WILL BE 4,000 TO 16,000 FT FOR THE P-3 AND 65,000 FT FOR THE
       ER-2.
