Offshore Waters Forecast for the E Pacific within 250 nm of
Central America, Colombia, and within 750 nm of Ecuador

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS...Strong to near gale force NE to E winds will
continue over and well downstream of the Papagayo region through
the week. ENE swell generated by this gap wind event will 
combine with swell propagating S from the Tehuantepec region, and
merge across the offshore waters of Guatemala and El Salvador to
create high seas into this evening. Fresh to strong N winds 
occurring across the Gulf of Panama and extending S to around 03N
will generally prevail through the week.
