RAINFALL: Total rainfall along the path of Edouard is expected to range from 5 to 10 inches, with maximum totals up to 22 inches for inland areas of east-central Texas. Additional flash flooding is likely into Thursday, especially in low-lying and urban areas. Isolated moderate to major river flooding is expected.
