Welcome to a video tour of NOAA's National Hurricane Center facility. With the click of a computer mouse, you'll get views of eight different sections of the facility along with a narration of the important work that takes place. Included in the tour is an overview of the facility, Hurricane Specialist Unit Operations area, the Tropical Analysis and Forecast Branch (TAFB) operations area, the Chief Aerial Reconnaissance Coordination All Hurricanes (CARCAH) unit, the Storm Surge Unit, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) liaison, Media & Seminar Room, and the NOAA National Weather Service Miami Forecast Office.
