.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western and central Atlantic
will maintain moderate to fresh trade winds and moderate seas
across the regional waters through Tue night. A tropical wave
moving westward will move through the eastern Caribbean today,
moving near the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico by early Sat.
Thunderstorm activity is likely to increase by the end of the
weekend into early next week.
