.SYNOPSIS...High pressure building across the western Atlantic
will support mainly fresh trade winds through mid-week, with
locally strong NE winds in Caribbean waters Tue through Wed. A
large, long period northwest swell will bring hazardous marine
conditions into Wed, with seas building to 10 or 11 ft across
the Atlantic waters.
