.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure over the north Atlantic
extending a ridge across the NE Caribbean along with low
pressure over the SW Caribbean will maintain a tight gradient
through Mon, thus supporting moderate to fresh easterly winds.
The ridge will weaken by Mon evening as a cold front exit the SE
CONUS, thus resulting in moderate or weaker E to SE winds the
remainder forecast period. Seas are expected to remain moderate
through the week in NE to E swell.
