Decisions for Operational Implementation of 2001-2003 Projects (December 2003). The TPC Director made decisions regarding the operational implementation of seven of the 2001-2003 JHT projects:

Four projects implemented (SHIPS, Rapid Intensification, AMSU, Rain-CLIPER)
Two projects deferred (DYMES, Targeting)
One project not accepted at this time (H*Wind) (Two projects - EMC and GFDL were previously accepted for operational implementation by EMC in time for the 2003 hurricane season.)
