.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough near the Mona Passage is supporting
scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms that are affecting 
Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the adjacent waters. Mainly 
gentle to moderate trades will prevail across the local Atlantic 
and Caribbean waters, increasing slightly by the weekend.
