.SYNOPSIS...The subtropical ridge will support moderate to fresh
easterly trade winds through the forecast period. Rough seas in 
fresh easterly swell will impact the local Atlantic waters
during the upcoming weekend into early next week. Locally rough 
seas are forecast in the Caribbean waters this weekend.
