.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh NE to E trades will prevail over 
the regional waters through this weekend as a series of fronts 
move across the western Atlantic passing to the north of the 
area. Winds may pulse to strong speeds as times. E swell 
generated from fresh to strong trades over the tropical Atlantic
waters will dominate the regional waters and Caribbean Passages.
This swell will bring moderate to locally rough seas through 
early next week.
