  Sevier Smoky Mountains, Southeast Carter, Southeast Greene, and 
  Unicoi Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree 
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
