The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Potential 
Tropical Cyclone Five, located more than 1100 miles east of the 
Windward Islands. 
* Formation chance through 48 hours...high...80 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...high...90 percent.

1. Disorganized showers and thunderstorms over the Lesser Antilles are 
associated with tropical wave located over the far eastern Caribbean 
Sea.  Although development of this system is not expected while it 
moves westward across the Caribbean Sea, locally heavy rains will 
continue over the Lesser Antilles tonight.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...near 0 percent.
