For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Vicente, located a few hundred miles southeast of Manzanillo,
Mexico, and on Hurricane Willa, located about a hundred miles west
of Cabo Corrientes, Mexico.

1. Showers and thunderstorms remain minimal in association with a small
area of low pressure located about 800 miles south-southwest of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. Development, if any,
is forecast to be slow to occur during the next couple of days
before upper-level winds become unfavorable for development later
this week.
