For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. A trough of low pressure located about 1300 miles west-southwest of
the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula continues to
produce an area of disorganized cloudiness and showers.  Development
of this system is unlikely due to an increasingly unfavorable
environment while it moves westward at around 10 mph.
