Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane 
Estelle, located several hundred miles south-southwest of the 
southern tip of Baja California.

1. Offshore of Central America and Southern Mexico:
A broad area of low pressure is expected to form a few hundred miles 
off the coast of Central America and southern Mexico towards the end 
of this week. Some slow development is possible after that time 
while the system moves generally west-northwestward.
