For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

Active Systems: 
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Celia, located several hundred miles southwest of the 
southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula.

1. Offshore of Southern Mexico:
A trough of low pressure is forecast to form well south of the 
southern coast of Mexico early next week.  Environmental conditions 
could support some slow development of this system thereafter as it 
moves generally west-northwestward.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...near 0 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.
