For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Depression Two-E, located about 500 miles south of Manzanillo, 
Mexico.

1. A weak area of low pressure located about 1100 miles southwest of 
the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula is producing 
limited shower and thunderstorm activity.  Little, if any, further 
development is expected as the system moves westward to 
west-northwestward at 5 to 10 mph into a drier environment with 
unfavorable upper-level winds during the next couple of days.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...10 percent.
