For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently
upgraded Hurricane Olivia, located several hundred miles southwest
of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.  The National
Hurricane center has issued its last advisory on Hurricane Norman,
which has moved into the central Pacific basin.

1. A broad area of low pressure is likely to form well south of the
southwestern coast of Mexico in a couple of days.  Environmental
conditions appear to be conducive for gradual development of this
system later this week while it moves west-northwestward.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.
