For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center has issued the final advisory on
Post-Tropical Cyclone Irwin, located more than a thousand miles
west-northwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula.

1. A tropical wave located south of the Gulf of Tehuantepec is
producing widespread cloudiness, but the associated shower and
thunderstorm activity remains disorganized.  Environmental
conditions should continue to be supportive of some gradual
development during the next several days while the system moves
west-northwestward at about 15 mph.  Conditions appear to become
less favorable for development by the end of this week.

* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...50 percent.
