For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently
upgraded Hurricane Lester, located several hundred miles southwest
of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on
recently upgraded Tropical Storm Madeline, located about 1250 miles
east-southeast of Hawaii.

1. A large area of disturbed weather is located several hundred miles
south of the southwestern coast of Mexico.  Environmental conditions
are expected to be somewhat conducive for gradual development after
the weekend while the system moves west-northwestward at 10 to 15
mph.
