For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Estelle, located more than 1100 miles west of the southern tip
of the Baja California peninsula, on newly-developed Tropical Storm
Frank, located about 285 miles south of Manzanillo, Mexico, and on
newly-developed Tropical Depression Eight-E, located about 880
miles south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California
peninsula.
