TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical
Storm Agatha, located about 1100 miles west-southwest of the
southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and on Tropical Storm
Blas, located more than 700 miles south-southwest of the southern
tip of the Baja California peninsula.

1. An area of low pressure is expected to form by the middle of the
week well southwest of the coast of Mexico. Environmental conditions
are forecast to be conducive for gradual development of this system
while it moves slowly westward.
