TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK
NWS NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER MIAMI FL
1100 AM PDT MON OCT 26 2015

For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

The Central Pacific Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on
Tropical Storm Olaf, located several hundred miles east-northeast of
Hilo, Hawaii.  Olaf is expected to cross 140 degrees West longitude
later today, at which time advisories on this system will be issued
by the National Hurricane Center.

1. An elongated area of low pressure located about 1200 miles
southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula
has become less organized during the past 24 hours.
Environmental conditions have become less conducive, and
development of this system now appears unlikely as it moves little
during the next few days.
