For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. Shower and thunderstorm activity associated with a broad area of low
pressure located about 1450 miles west-southwest of the southern
tip of the Baja California peninsula remains limited.  Some gradual
development of this system is possible through early next week while
it moves westward at 5 to 10 mph.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent
* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...40 percent

2. Another broad area of low pressure located about 1050 miles
south-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula
is producing a large area of disorganized cloudiness and showers.
Some slow development of this system is possible during the
next several days while it moves northwestward at about 10 mph.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...10 percent
* Formation chance through 5 days...low...20 percent

3. A low pressure area is expected to form well south of the coast of
Mexico early next week.  Environmental conditions should support
gradual development of the system while it moves west-northwestward
at 10 to 15 mph.

* Formation chance through 5 days...medium...60 percent
