TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK

For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. Shower and thunderstorm activity continues to become less
organized in association with an area of low pressure located about
200 miles south of the southern tip of the Baja California
peninsula. Upper-level winds are expected to become even more
unfavorable for formation to occur during the next couple of
days while the system moves slowly northeastward.  Even though
development is unlikely, this system could bring locally heavy
rainfall and gusty winds to portions of the west coast of mainland
Mexico through Tuesday.
