For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing 
advisories on recently restarted Tropical Depression Nine-E, which 
is centered about 1300 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Based 
on the latest forecast, Nine-E may reach the Central Pacific 
Hurricane Center's area of responsibility late Friday, though 
environmental conditions are expected to become increasingly 
hostile around that time.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 
days.

WMO header WTPZ34 KNHC and AWIPS header MIATCPEP4.
Forecast advisories on Tropical Depression Nine-E are issued under
