For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing 
advisories on Tropical Depression Nine-E, which is centered about 
1850 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Nine-E may move into the 
Central Pacific Hurricane Center area of responsibility late  
Wednesday or Thursday.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.

WMO header WTPZ34 KNHC and AWIPS header MIATCPEP4.
Forecast advisories on Tropical Depression Nine-E are issued under
