For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida, is issuing 
advisories on Hurricane Felicia, centered about 2100 miles 
east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Felicia is forecast to move 
into the Central Pacific Hurricane Center area of responsibility 
early Wednesday morning as a tropical storm.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.

WTPZ31 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP1. Forecast Advisories 
on Hurricane Felicia are issued under WMO header WTPZ21 KNHC and
