For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:
1. An area of low pressure around 800 miles south-southeast of Hilo,
Hawaii continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms.
Environmental conditions are expected to become somewhat conducive
for development of this system during the next few days as it moves
generally west-northwestward at around 10 mph.

* Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.
Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.
