For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami is issuing advisories on 
Hurricane Douglas, located about 1,065 miles east-southeast of 
Hilo, Hawaii. Douglas is expected to move into the Central Pacific 
Hurricane Center area of responsibility later tonight, where at 
that point, bulletins regarding Douglas will be issued by the 
Central Pacific Hurricane Center in Honolulu.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5 days.

WMO header WTPZ33 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP3. 
Forecast/Advisories on Hurricane Douglas are issued under
