For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing
advisories on Tropical Storm Kiko, centered 1140 miles east of 
Hilo, Hawaii. Kiko is expected to move into the Central Pacific
Hurricane Center area of responsibility Tuesday afternoon. 

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected through the next 5
days.

header WTPZ33 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP3.
Forecast Advisories on Tropical Storm Kiko are issued under WMO
