For the central North Pacific...between 140W and 180W:

The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida is issuing
advisories on Tropical Storm Erick, centered over 1100 miles
east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Erick is expected to intensify  
and move into the Central Pacific Hurricane Center area of
responsibility as a hurricane tonight. The National Hurricane
Center is issuing advisories on Tropical Storm Flossie, centered
over 2500 miles east-southeast of Hilo, Hawaii. Flossie is expected
to move into the Central Pacific Hurricane Center area of
responsibility late Friday.

Elsewhere, no tropical cyclones are expected during the next 5
days.

Public Advisories on Tropical Storm Erick are issued under
WMO header WTPZ31 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP1. 
Forecast Advisories on Tropical Storm Erick are issued under
WMO header WTPZ21 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCMEP1.
Public Advisories on Tropical Storm Flossie are issued under
WMO header WTPZ32 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCPEP2. 
Forecast Advisories on Tropical Storm Flossie are issued under
WMO header WTPZ22 KNHC and under AWIPS header MIATCMEP2.
