For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently 
formed Tropical Depression Thirteen, located over the southern 
Caribbean Sea just east of the Guajira Peninsula of Colombia, and 
has issued the last advisory on the remnants of Tropical Depression 
Twelve, located over 800 miles west-northwest of the Cabo Verde 
Islands.  

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

Forecast/Advisories on Tropical Depression Thirteen are issued under
