1. Well West-Southwest of the Baja California Peninsula: 
A trough of low pressure located well west-southwest of the Baja 
California peninsula is producing limited shower and thunderstorm 
activity.  Significant development of this system appears 
unlikely while it moves generally westward at 10 to 15 mph.
