For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico:

Active Systems:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Tropical 
Storm Nadine, located just inland over Belize, and has just issued a 
special advisory upgrading Oscar to a hurricane, located just east 
of the Turks and Caicos Islands. 

Tropical cyclone formation is not expected over the next 7 days.
